1. Broken Top Brands Soy Candles
All
Broken Top candles are manufactured using plant-based wax, cotton wicks, and essential oil-infused fragrances. They are eco-friendly and biodegradable. Their candles come in either a large 9oz, which can last up to 50 hours, or a travel-sized 4oz jar.
We have tried the Sea Salt Surf and White Birch. The Sea Salt Surf reminds me of the beach and the White Birch smells more like pine and reminds me of Christmas. They both smell great and last a long time! A perfect gift for the mom who loves candles and relaxing.
2. Ecologie Swedish Dishcloths
Ecologie Swedish Dishcloths are made from cotton and plant-based cellulose fibers. It is 100% natural and compostable. Use the reusable sponge cloths for 6+ months and then dispose of them in your home compost.
They are great for washing dishes, wiping up messes and spills, and general household cleaning! Say goodbye to paper towels! Plus they come in so many fun prints, you are sure to find one that matches your mom's kitchen or personality.
3. 4ocean Reusable Bottle
Skip the single-use plastic bottles and styrofoam coffee cups with a 4ocean Reusable Bottle! Their stainless steel bottles are double-walled and vacuum insulated.
Onne reusable bottle replaces an average of 345 single-use water bottles. Plus for each 4ocean reusable bottle you purchase, one pound of trash is pulled from the world’s oceans, rivers, and coastlines.
They are currently available in white, blue, and pink, so there is sure to be a color perfect for the mom in your life!
4. Tony's Chocolonely
Tony's mission is to create 100% slave-free chocolate. Their chocolate is Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified. They use uncoated, recycled FSC-certified paper to wrap their bars. The FSC means the paper originates from sustainably managed forests.
Tony's Chocolonely is my favorite chocolate. I love their Dark Milk Chocolate the best but it is so hard to find, so far only Whole Foods seems to have it. This is the perfect gift for moms with a sweet tooth!
5. Earth Breeze or TruEarth Laundry Detergent Sheets
I did a full comparison of these two eco-friendly laundry detergent sheets in a previous post, which you can read here. But to sum up, both brands are biodegradable, vegan, hypoallergenic, paraben-free, phosphate-free, dye-free, and help lower carbon imprint as they are lightweight to ship and package. They work in all washing machine types.
You can find Earth Breeze on their website or on Amazon.
TruEarth also has a website and can be found on Amazon.
6. Dazz Cleaning Tablets
Dazz Cleaning Tablets help eliminate plastic waste as you can reuse your plastic spray bottles and soap dispensers. Just drop a tablet in some water and watch it dissolve. Their cleaning tablets are child safe, pet safe, and earth safe. They also help lower carbon footprint as tablets are light to ship and can be packed into smaller packaging.
They currently offer bathroom cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, window cleaner, and handsoap.
This would pair nicely with the
Ecologie Swedish Dishcloths.
