As you can see from this comparison chart I made, Earth Breeze and TruEarth are very similiar. Their major differences are price and ingredients. TruEarth, unlike Earth Breeze, provides a full list of its ingredients on its website and also has a detergent designed specifically for babies.

As for their scents, we only use fragrance-free as my nose is sensitive to strong fragrances, so I am unable to compare the Earth Breeze Fresh Scent to the TruEarth Fresh Linen, but judging by their names, I'm assuming they are very similar.

Earth Breeze is a lot more affordable and ultimately is the brand we have chosen to stick with for the time being. In our experience, both detergents clean just as well and we have had no issues with the sheets or strips dissolving in our HE front loading washer.

As for which one is the best, I personally don't think either brand overpowers the other and both are great options.
